About

Collection of Contemporary Canadian Ceramics

Since 1983, the Art Gallery of Burlington (AGB) has amassed the largest comprehensive collection of contemporary Canadian ceramics in the world, totaling over 4,000 pieces to date. The work ranges from the highly functional to sculptural installations.

Not only does the collection represent a selection of work from coast, to coast, to coast, but the AGB has earmarked artists of outstanding importance, and collect their work in depth to represent their career span.
